Solution Focused Consulting is an independent support coordination organization. We work alongside adults in the Moreton Bay region who have NDIS plans and will help you bring your plan to life.

Whether you’re self- managing your plan and just need a hand to understand NDIA processes, or are totally overwhelmed by the whole concept, Solution Focused Consulting can help you navigate the NDIS and get the most out of your plan.

With a special interest in housing, owner Trish Evans is committed to providing excellent service to those looking for a responsive and committed support coordinator.

We aim to develop and maintain professional and caring relationships with participants and their families to enable them to maximise their NDIS plans, and to live the best life possible. We will support you to overcome barriers and obstacles in order to reach your full potential.

Communication is crucial to a successful support coordination relationship, and at Solution Focused Consulting we guarantee to return phone calls within 1 business day, and emails within 2 days at the most.

Office hours are Monday-Friday 9-5 (out of hours appointments can be scheduled if required).
